General Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply from the moment you register for an account or book coaching with Fluency Unleashed. No exceptions may be made to these terms except by express written agreement, signed by both parties.
  2. Access to the level assessment and coaching is granted upon successful registration. Paid programs and one-to-one coaching require payment at the time of booking or upgrade. For company-sponsored accounts, invoices are issued upon receipt of the purchase order and are payable within 15 days.
  3. The rate applied at the time of purchase remains applicable for the agreed program period. Special offer prices remain valid for the period stated in the offer.
  4. You can take a free level assessment at any time. Coaching sessions are scheduled by agreement between you and your coach.
  5. Cancellations or rescheduling of one-to-one sessions must be made by email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used.
  6. Fluency Unleashed may adjust program availability and features to keep the service running well for all students. Any significant changes will be communicated to affected users in advance.
  7. Coaching may be delivered by Lucas Weaver or by other qualified coaches working with Fluency Unleashed.
  8. The free level assessment is available immediately. Personalized feedback and coaching plans are delivered within the timeframe agreed for your program.
  9. Complaint procedure: all complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A confirmation receipt will be sent within 48 hours. Our policy is to resolve complaints within 4 weeks. All complaints are handled confidentially.
  10. Data usage: Fluency Unleashed processes personal data to deliver and improve the service and, where permitted, to share relevant updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by sending an email with the subject line "Data Protection" to [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
